Hacked account
Is there any other way to recover my hacked account?
Someone somehow gained access to it even though I had 2FA, Gmail login, and social login enabled.
I’ve submitted two recovery requests through the official support forum, but both were denied even though I provided every order ID for the in-game currency I purchased (while I still had access to my account). I also tried using the in-game account recovery tool, but I couldn’t proceed because it claims it doesn’t recognize the device I’ve been playing on for a long time.
Any ideas or suggestions?

Access Google Forms with a personal Google account or Google Workspace account (for business use).
But you need only 1 not 2.
If you still have access to your game account kindly login from your regular device to made change or secure your other links minimum 15 days.
If it's ineligible for check, use in game tool.

Unfortunately it's rejected, we cant help you with any way.
Even mods will say same thing.

It can be either transaction risks, and they don't know who's account belong to.

But I don't think you can try to recover if it's rejected.

The problem is that i sent them a couple of emails a while ago but everytime they tell me to try the in game recovery tool but i can't access it

I know that the support team can't be 100% certain of the owner of someone's account but i don't understand how can they reject your claim after you give them every proof you have
