This is a scammer. Block him and report him to discord.

Yes, this is a scam. The scammer spoofed the email address
@S1lent I confirm that the email I received from service@pubgmobile.com is official and not spoofed. The address is correct, and I understand that it belongs to the official PUBG Mobile support team.


Spoofing stands exactly for this, it looks like the address is correct but it's a scam.
Open that email on PC then you will see the actual mail server.
The Gmail phone app doesn't show all details.
