are we able to add achievement cards (separate to level up cards) for reaching certian XP milestones?

Hi. This is not currently a feature, but you’re more than welcome to suggest it in #kiai-suggestions. The closest thing we have are rewards.

If this is an issue in your server, make sure you've included your server's ID (This can be found on the
/ping command), as well as which users are having this issue.

Although you can add multiple level up messages for separate levels.
Ooh okay, sorry to be a pain do you have an example of what the messages look like?
Assuming you mean the rewards, here. You can set a custom message but it's not as elaborate as our level-up card system.
