Setting up Schedueled Maintenance Notifications

I'm running a 3D printing company (PSL3D.fr), and I'm working on making my printers even more reliable in the long run. I'd like to manually set up maintenance reminders or protocols (e.g., apply PTFE oil to linear rails every 100 hours), and then copy/paste the same setup across all my machines. At the moment, I’ve got 4 RatRigs and 8 Prusa MK3S. I noticed that Ratrig OS is creating some kind of file in the History section, but I’m really not great with code... If anyone could give me a hand with this, I’d be more than happy to share our full maintenance routine—based on real-world experience in a production environment!
