Basically my friend had 916UC in his account and suddenly 600 goes missing, the royale pass is expiring today and the UC was just straight up gone? We checked everything possible from events and everywhere no purchases of anything or no specific item turnover that would cost relatively close to 600.

Hello, @Wamza! Please note that it is unfortunately not possible to return the spent UC. However, if you believe that your UC was deducted from your account without a reason, you may try to contact the in-game customer service for further assistance, and they should be able to look into this further....
