Screen flashing in HDR and fullscreen any window

I have two screens, one of them is HDR (right) 10bit color and the left one is old ips, no hdr 8bit.
Whenever i have anything, any program, app, game, in full screen or borderless. It will flicker/flash as shown on video when moving cursor to the other screen, or alt tabbing. But it never happens in windowed.
For one of my game, i solved it by making it windowed, while having Titlebar and frame removed, and maximising width and height. So it pretends to be borderless.
But is there any way to fix it other than getting second monitor that also supports HDR?

Yes I have one HDR one not HDR

@Lance put firefox on fullscreen (f11) on the one WITH hdr and move cursor between
realised, It flashes when cursor is normal, but when u move it quickly back and forth, there is that function that enlarges the cursor. And while its enlarged, it doesnt flash anymore. werd af
My flashing is on mouse input and in the game not in a browser

I wish tho there was some solution in general, to that flashing, HDR related
The only two fixes I have found so far is play in windowed not full screen or disable desktop HDR

Maybe related to skill u used, dm next time. Never happen to me

I tried the command with adaptive sync on and I got the same issue but disabling VRR on my monitor I didnt have flicker in this one test

Mate, many thanks for trying to replicate/test and help out on this! Much appreciated, I own you a beer just for trying. I was actually able to fix this believe it or nor… One of the KDE devs replied to the BUG and pointed it could be a gamescope issue to try to disable HDR in gamescope and run the game. He has right, even if HDR is disab...
No flashing in world of warcraft either with VRR disabled
(this is on the monitor disabled not in the OS)
