Tall graphic block glitch

Getting this tall graphic glitch. This is the second one I've seen on my server in the past month. The first I didn't pay any attention to because it was 30k blocks away in an area I never went to. But this 2nd one just appeared this morning. i haven't changed anything. I can't go breaking blocks because it's right on top of my main building full of Create Mod items. It's there with or without shaders on.

Solution:

place/break a few blocks in that chunk
