Nvidia dynamic boost not working / disabled

As the title suggests, I am using Bazzite with nvidia hardware (legion 5 rtx 3050 ryzen 5 5600h) For some reason, my gpu never boosts to 95w in performance mode. Nvidia-powerd says it is disabled in SBIOS. However dynamic boost works in other distros like Mint and Fedora. What could be the problem?
