[Need Help] Vietnamese Player Lost Account – No Response from Publisher
🚨 [Vietnamese Player Seeking Help – Account Hijacked, VNG Ignoring Support]
Hi everyone, I’m a long-time PUBG MOBILE player from Vietnam.
My game account (UID: 52199347220) was hacked after I accidentally logged into a fake site. The attacker changed my name to HP・ʚVodkaaɞ, removed my Facebook link (now disabled), and joined another clan.
Since then, I’ve sent over 10 support tickets to VNG (Vietnam publisher) with:
- Full evidence: before/after screenshots, device details, and account info
- Clear statement that I only want to recover my game account, not my Facebook
⚠️ But VNG has ignored everything.
They closed my case, gave no reply, and didn’t investigate at all. I feel hopeless and lost my progress after years of playing. --- 🙏 Please help raise this issue.
I’m asking PUBG MOBILE Global team to check this case and hold VNG accountable. If anyone here has had a similar issue or knows how to escalate this, please help or tag mods. ➡️ I’ve already reported this to Google and Vietnam’s Consumer Protection.
