Where does the DNS point at? Is that Miraheze?

In that case, your domain isn't configured correctly on their end. The error is coming from their CF account. Though Porkbun nameservers are also actually Cloudflare nameservers, so things might be a little confusing there.

https://meta.miraheze.org/wiki/Custom_domains When you first point your domain, you will see a Cloudflare error page, which in some cases may say "Cross=user banned". This is completely expected, and just means that we haven't setup you domain yet.

ok So should I move back to cloudflare because I thought it would solve the error

The guide states that to add your apex domain to Miraheze (which you are doing), you must use Cloudflare nameservers. HOWEVER, Porkbun nameservers are actually Cloudflare nameservers, so it might work. I don't know, as I haven't tried it. My guess is that it should work, but I'm not confident on that. For the 1014 error, you'll need to contact MIraheze, or find out for youself why your domain isn't correctly configured on their end.
