Got Banned when I wasn’t even playing on this account?

Hey so I normaly played Valo and closed it that evening and when I tried to enter the Game after 4 days I was permanently banned. It says that I‘m using third Party Apps or scripts but I Never done that. So I made two Support Tickets but Both of Themen got closed without an answer. I would really Like to play Valo again. Can someone help me?
