Mosquito liquid and lgx metal temprature unlock
1. Hotend to 450 degree
2. Heat bed to 140 degree.
3. Lgx pro metal 1.7 conifg
Building high temprature version of ratrig. Need support in unlocking max temprature in configuration.

Include all the configs under user overrides in printer.cfg.
