Once your question has been answered, you can mark your question as solved via Right click solution message -> Apps -> ✅ Mark Solution to help others find the solution via Answer OverflowThat error seems like they have a custom rank card set, but the bot cant access that url. can you ask them to run /preferences as that should say if a custom rank card is set

Could you get the user to run the rank command again to see if it errors still. I'm trying to replicate the issue at the moment 🙂

This might sound like a weird request, but could you get them to change their pfp and then try running the command again after.

Is it just bc it was a transparent image or something?
Can you get them to send what the old image was? The 404 was fetching the avatar from discord for some reason
