the issues on ARM macs

i have found a dozen issues with tmodloader on the m4 heres a list
1.This eats more ram than any other game, a combined 6-7gb of RAM which is absurd for Terraria, base game takes at most 2gb.
  1. Heavy CPU usage and STILL presents lag, using gldevice vulkan does partially solve but It Will overheat the device and take more ram
  2. the fullscreen doesnt work as intended and the upper menu bar remains hidden even with the right macos settings, i tried this in base game and It doesnt happen
these are exclusive to tmod as they are somewhat fixable on base game due to It being considered an "app" which allows for the resolution issue to be fixed with a check box

tested on the latest tmodloader version
