technically speaking, you're doing around average in your rank, so you're probably not gonna rank up or down
advice? tryna get to atleast plat before summer ends
you might be trying too hard to get headshots. you have a 52% hs rate with the vandal but you have an overall kd of 0.87
you dont need headshots to kill. bodyshot spraying can be fine
doesn’t that take away from the whole concept of shooting games
like I’ve played so many like cod, cs Fortnite and others
where your rewarded for headshots cause it’s insta kill or double the amount of normal damage you would do to an enemy if you were to body shot them
you're rewarded for headshots when you hit headshots
you're hitting more headshots but only out of the shots you hit
you could get 100% hs rate one game but only because you've only hit 3 headshots and missed the rest of your bullets
the fact that you're kd is low kind of implies that your mainly going for headshots but missing a lot

you should. you should also be able to hit your headshots. if you're tapping to try and headshot someone from like 10m away, just spray at that point

because some times I do spray
but feel like my bullets go all over the place

no that was just one of the things i noticed
you could be focusing too hard on aiming
i spent i think around 2 years in silver/gold, then i got up to ascendent in like 4-5 months
tend to lose focus in comp sometimes I autopilot or just zone out
so everytime I get in a fight I just stare at the opponents head cause it helps me aim better

aiming is something i should happen almost automatically. i never one focused on my aim or tried improving my aim. if you give yourself favorable fights, it doesn't matter if you have worse aim
easy for you to say maybe I feel like my aim is good maybe even above average for my rank
but I’ve spent countless hours doing aimlabs and DMs just to improve
I try give myself good 1 on 1 gunfights but I’m just insta traded

aiming is something you should train outside of comp games. when you actually play comp games, that's an opportunity to practice other things, like util usage, game sense, comms, etc. if you're silver, there's definitely more you can learn for game sense
so what do think I should work on personally looking at my tracker and stuff
cause aside from that I train aim in aimlabs and DMs and in the range
i would try to choose 1 or maybe 2 agents that you would like to keep playing. if you like playing fill or experimenting, that's fine, but i think it'd be better to stick with 1 agent and get really good at them. You seem to play Skye a lot. I'm not a fan of Skye but she definitely still has a lot of potential for plays.
it's kinda hard to say specifically how you should play since you don't really have a main. there's sort of different playstyles for each role

especially now that gekko got released, she's not even the best solo intiator
she's still good tho, especially in ranked
I feel like when I play Skye she’s basically a mini duellist she allows me to play kinda aggro

there’s a few problems I have with geko
that stop me from consistently playing him
heavily depends on whether they're a flash initiator or info initiator but generally

2. Sova
3. probably Fade
I have not seen kayo being consistently used in my games especially in my rank
even in pro play I don’t see a lot of kayo use
but I have seen a few on corrode and it seems like his best map atm
that's mainly because it's very map specific
which is basically on every map in the current pool
but generally, when a new map comes out, the first initiator is always KAY/O, because teams haven't fully figured out the meta

even after months pass, KAY/O is usually played because he fills in the gaps for new comps
yeah I played kayo a few times on the map but generally thought fade was better and switched
kay/o is both easy and hard
I don’t have a problem with kayo personally
im lowkey afraid to play him because i know for a fact im flashing my teammates

His flash is lowkey better than most initiator flashes. his clone just removes all sentinel util, making it easier to hit a site. his tp... is for himself but it allows him to entry.

i rarely see eggster use his clone to fake enemies out. he usually uses it as an initial entry for site and also as a "meat" shield
honestly, yoru's flashes bounce the perfect distance to have so many undodgeable flashes. it's very convenient that they barely trigger just after leaving a smoke if you throw them right.
I see him sometimes do it on stream where he’ll walk in-front of his clone and because people usually think the actual player is behind he’s actually infront and they shoot the wrong one and leads to a free kill

yes, but smokes aren't the only case. there are many obstacles that are perfect for yoru
you can shoot skye flashes. most people just dont
yoru's flashes are completely invisible until they bounce. this is different from most other flashes where you can see their entire trajectory. this automatically makes yoru's flashes harder to dodge, but it also makes it harder to pinpoint where yoru flashed from.

not really. Skye has some play-making potential, like fake flashes. there's some plays where you can fake your somewhere by sending your flash while your somewhere else.
