TP-LINK TX20UH

I did read the documentation, I know this was not in the list of known working wifi adapters, but I had come across a solution in my searches online. I figured, hell I'll just dualboot Bazzite and see if I can get it to work. Of course this is my first experience with Universal Blue and I now realize I cannot use apt...so my solution fails. The solution was installing the rtl18852au driver via dkms which I'm reading is not possible in an immutable distro. Anyone know of a workaround here, or am I limited to buying a new adapter?

Forgive me, I'm pretty fresh to linux, and brand new to Bazzite. Hoping to ditch Win10 asap

same situation here, bought the same model of wifi adapter after seeing how cheap it is, not occuring to me to search for its compatibility with bazzite first.

or automate it so it runs with your system etc

You should be able to make it persistent by running echo "rtw88_8821au" | sudo tee /etc/modules-load.d/rtw88_8821au.confecho "rtw88_8821au" | sudo tee /etc/modules-load.d/rtw88_8821au.conf. After a reboot, the systemd-modules-load.service should read this configuration file and automatically load this kernel module. so you don't have to manually do it every boot

Wwolfyreload You should be able to make it persistent by running `echo "rtw88_8821au" | sudo ...
