RenderLayer rendering out of order.

When I have Iris installed the overlay renders above the armor trim, it is supposed to render below the armor trim. (Left image is what its supposed to be)

I am calling it in a mixin at the point where it gets the DataComponentType

I am pretty sure this has to do with the RenderPhase.Transparency class because when i set it to no transparency it works just fine
