Hello pubg team am trying to recover my 7 and half year pubg account but i have this problem
Hi pubg mobile team am Spider I am trying to recover my scammed PUBG Mobile account, but I am continuously receiving two different error messages that prevent me from submitting the claim through the in-game interface The errors are 'Claim declined. Please file your claim using a regular device (30400044)' and 'Failed to return data, please try again later (30400200)' Please help me i have all proofs and any questions you need from me i need my account back 😭

Submit recovery request at this PUBG Mobile Customer support forum for further assistant or reviewed your case manually.
This is how I did and it do it for me too I don’t know what the exact problem with PUBG I had my device over 3 months and it tells me it’s not regular device
It won’t work rejected
This is why you have factory reset your device or didn't continue login for at least 15 days.

Bro I didn’t that neither after scammer scammed my account I didn’t delete also i have 13Gb Size which pubg used and I didn’t played another account
It's due to you have not pass security environment which can be pass by logging in to account for at least of 15 days continue.
I was playing every day bro clasiic and scrims sometimes I delete pubg and reinstall due to lag will i think is the problem but I played this account evey day
