Is there anything to do before replacing NVIDIA GPU into new one with Bazzite + Windows dual boot?

I am currently planning to upgrade my GPU from GTX 1660 SUPER into RTX 5060 (or Ti). Is there anything that I have to do first while having Bazzite + Windows set up?

The upgrade plan is this

SSD upgrade into powerful 2TB SSD with Bazzite and Windows dual boot set up
GPU upgrade (the topic which I am talking about)
