Bazzite Deck and Dock. Has anyone had a success with this?

Has anyone had success with having bazzite deck installed and using a dock with it. For example I have a rog ally z1 ex and a WD19TB dock. On Windows I just kept it constantly plugged in and every time I turned on the ally it just worked straight away all the monitors, keyboard,mice, external ssd. However on bazzite its just been honestly hell. On load most of the time the keyboard and mouse don't connect till I physically disconnect them and replug them back in. Sometimes the displays will work on startup other times they won't.

I have setup so that the default session is plasma desktop. Now most of the times if I leave it plugged in and I turn it on. It will just not load any screens or anything until I unplug the dock and replug it back in then instantly the dm will load.

all good on my steam deck. im not sure if its a device issue or a dock issue tbh, is it a possibility to check with another docking device?

I tried it with 2 different laptops as well. One is running CachyOS and that seems to work perfectly fine. Other one is windows laptop and that also works out of the box. I also have another laptop with fedora 42 and that also works fine on startup. When I had windows on the ally it also worked fine

I just ran into an issue on 9/27 with using an Anker USB C Hub, 11-in-1 Docking Station on the OLED Steam Deck running Bazzite-Deck. The audio device was not showing at all for the HDMI of the dock; I could only get the internal speakers to output sound.

I reinstalled the SteamOS image and updated it fully and the dock works fine.
