Decreased Mob Spawn Rates
So I know this isn't about DH, sorry, but the modded Minecraft server help channel is ghosting me, my question has been buried among a hundred others, and I don't know enough to solve this. I've had the Higher Heights datapack (https://modrinth.com/datapack/higher-heights-datapack) on my singleplayer for several months now, but I just noticed its tanking my spawn rates (from ~1700/hr to <150/hr). I took a schematic of a farm I built in survival, then created two identical worlds, one with the datapack and one without. I pasted the schematic in the same spot, down to the block, then tested both in survival. The one without the datapack was spawning creepers every few seconds while the other wouldn't spawn one after several minutes (see screenshots). Does someone know why this is happening, and whether or not I can keep it from ruining my singleplayer world, which is built around the higher build height?

In vanilla, the amount of mobs that spawn is directly related to the height at which the mob farm is located. The lower, the more mob spawns. My guess is that higher heights is messing with that logic. How you can fix that, I don't know.
In singleplayer though, there is a 128 block despawn radius, correct? And the farm is designed so that the only spawnable blocks within the sphere are in the farm (built over an ocean with a high afk platform). So shouldn't 100% of the mob cap be dedicated to just those spawnable blocks?
No, height is still a factor
If the only spawnable space is at the bottom of the world, the mobs will spawn way faster than if the only spawnable space is 150 blocks above an ocean
