Dolphin never prompts for smb user password

I have some smb shares on Unraid. When I access these shares through Dolphin I never get a prompt for a password. It seems like it defaults to a generic account and can get into the shares with read only access. It never prompts me for a password event when I specify the user in the host path with smb://dre@<ip-address>/share I confirmed it works properly through terminal with smbclient where it actually asks for my password. I'm not sure if this is a bug or something configured incorrectly.
Solution:
So it seems if Unraid SMB share is set to Secure security setting it defaults to guest. When I set security to Private it will present a login prompt.
