Work Capacity Overview

Hi all, I'm using Twenty to track client opportunities for my consulting business. Each opportunity has a monetary amount, a set of hours that needs to be worked and a period it has to be done in. Is there a way I can set up an overview, so I can see whether or not I have capacity in a certain period to take on a new project?

@Christian Kongsgaard as of now, Twenty doesn't have an overview, one way you can check if you're able to take on a new project is by filtering existing opportunities within specified period and checking the sum of all hours by clicking on last row in table (like on screenshot below), in Q4 dashboards will be done (https://github.com/twentyhq/core-team-issues/issues/220) but until then, I think that's the workaround

Thanks @bob ! How would I go about doing that? I've tried to find an option to group by month, but it couldn't get it to work. I also was not able to set up a date interval for a start and end date of the opportunities.

You should use Advanced filter located at Filter > Advanced filter, by using this you can specify exact between dates (example on screenshot), about group by, that's because it hasn't been implemented yet, it'll be done in this quarter (https://github.com/twentyhq/core-team-issues/issues/248)
