Unjust Ban for "Prohibited Software"

I am contacting you because Valorant’s support has been unable to provide a clear resolution to my issue. I kindly ask you to forward this ticket to someone who can assist me properly.
Issue Details:
I was banned from the game for allegedly using prohibited software. However:
I was playing on an unstable mobile internet connection at the time.
The only unusual program running was a VPN/tool to bypass Discord’s restrictions in Russia (since Discord is blocked here).
I’ve contacted support twice, but they only claim that "banned software was detected" without specifying what it was. I have never used cheats or any prohibited tools—the only possible flagged program could be the Discord workaround.
I am fully willing to:
Undergo any account verification.
Provide additional details or logs.
Cooperate in any way to resolve this and determine whether the ban was a mistake.
Please help me investigate this fairly. I want to understand the exact reason for the ban and prove my innocence.
