it doesn't search for exes is searches for bad ones that do things such as memory rewriting, such as memory searchers, debuggers.
vangaurd runs the second you boot your pc, of course it wouldnt flag any windows exe because thats not what its searching for, its searching for any file that is doing any bad actions.
chunker.exe is from a github page for the fortnite launcher they were talking about
