Hello, today I woke up and saw that I can't access my account and it asks me to verify a number that doesn't exist. The truth is, I don't know that number and I can't access it through Twitter or Facebook. I'm worried and I would like to know if you can help me access my account again.

What I did was send a report directly from the game that I wanted to unlink the email and the number that the account has and I filled out all the data with the information they asked me for and I put a recovery email and sent that form and it told me that I should wait 7 days. I will still send the screenshot.
If you filled the account recovery claim you should wait for the reply from them
In the worst case if the hacker will see you made the claim and might ban your account
but lets hope that doesn't happen
if you put all the information corectly you will get your account back

Hey delfín I do have all this information and I do know how to file claim properly because I had a different incident less than 3 months ago and that’s quite the reason why I’m here I got everything but the system doesn’t let me file claim until next month and I’m a bit scared that the scammer might ban my account, I got everything Twitter linked email logs uc receipts names. Everything. Scammer changed my number and turned second verification on.
Scammer was a 4yr old “friend” so yea I’m a bit stuck and I would appreciate the help or advice what I should do on my situation.
