Rebooting into Windows after disabling Secure Boot. Bitlocker Recovery keys now required

I have my system setup to dual boot Windows 11 and Bazzite. I was trying to reboot into Windows so I could resize partitions and allocate more space towards bazzite. Now it's requiring recovery keys to boot into windows 11. I've tried enrolling keys via ujust enroll-secure-boot-key and re-enabling secure boot, but it still hits me with the Bitlocker recovery keys screen. I originally disabled secure boot since I read that it would need to be disabled to allow TDP controls in bazzite. If it comes down to it, I don't mind just nuking the windows partition entirely to free up space for bazzite. I just don't want that bitlocker encryption to get in the way. Bazzite update: 42.20250720 ROG Ally X Thanks

If you have the key for bitlocker, you can (and should) disable it for the drive If you dont have it, youre better off nuking absolutely everything You can always install bazzite and then make space for a windows install

I don't have it, I'm assuming that "absolutely everything" is referring to the windows side?

Yes Hoeever, genuinely, if you havent used your installation for much or have installed any elemental items, id do a fresh install of everything and nuke it all

Bitlocker in windows home does not let you enable it Unless your key is uploaded to a Microsoft account

I ended up just deleting the windows partition entirely
