People using Shizuku software
I know many people using Shizuku to unlock 90/120 fps in PUBG as well as unlocking iPad view in phones
Why they don't get banned

Tempering with the game files, or use of unauthorised third-party applications is not allowed. An appropriate penalty will be issued when the system detects a violation.
If you know anyone that uses unauthorised software or applications, please report them via in-game....

that doesn't really harm the game that could be an bannable reason
you see the gfx tool doesn't give you 90 or 120 fps
it just makes the game fell s little smoother
im reality you still have 45 or 30 fps
GFx is against PUBG mobile guidelines
