RatOS-invalid

Have tried the version of RatOS 2.1 and followed the guide but still ended up having problems. Used Rufus to flash the sd with the image we downloaded from github at the link in the guide. Attached you find the folder used. Then we proceed by upgrading the software packages: Since I found both ratos and ratos-configurator in the list (RatOS prior to V2.1.0-RC4), we started by updating ratos first, then ratos-configurator. Ended up stuck with the upgrade of the configurator. The upgrade manager window didn't show any version of ratos (but we didn't have the RC4 pack yet), after a refresh it showed "RatOS invalid". We tried to fix the issue following the guide (soft and hard recovery..or something like that) but in both case didn't work. I'm attaching the screenshot so you can see what happened.

Soft or hard recovery will break things. One sec, I have a guide that may help. In the meantime reflash the SD card and make sure not to change any defaults.
1. Flash image
2. Connect to hotspot
3. Setup wifi through configurator (and let it reboot)
4. Go to /config
5. Refresh update manager
6. at this point nothing should be invalid, all green. IF THAT'S NOT THE CASE stop here and post your moonraker.log
7. Update only the RatOS package(NOT configurator).
8. Update RatOS configurator (this takes awhile, if the mainsail output of the update process hangs, let it sit for 10 minutes and then refresh the page, Ctrl+Shift+R)
9. Restart moonraker service (click power icon in the top right of mainsail, click the refresh button next to moonraker under "service controls")
10. Reload mainsail (Ctrol+Shift+R)
11. Refresh update manager
12. "RatOS" should be gone from the list. Everything should be green and have several updates except RatOS configurator (ignore the klipper errors). If it's not, stop here and post your moonraker.log.
13. Click update all.
14. Done.
