Clam declined
I wanted to submit a third claim for recovering my hacked account but I was told to contact the PUBGM security team. So I go to contact the PUBGM security yet I’m unable to.
I’m making the claim from my regular device that I’ve logged in to the game for 3 years. However the hacker made my device unrecognisable. I have proof this is my account.
How can I submit another claim?

To recover your account, please submit a recovery request through in-game by going to the login page and selecting:
Help > Hacked Account & Other Account Issues > Account Recovery.
Make sure to submit the request from a familiar device and provide all required and accurate information.
If your issue isn't resolved or your claim is declined through the in-game option, you can submit a recovery request for further assistance.
