You can view previous purchases from your email inbox, Midasbuy purchase records, Google Play purchase records or Apple purchase records. As the owner of the account, it is your responsibility to provide these information.

Yes, but when you make a purchase in-game it goes through Google Play, Apple or another app store depending on the device you use.
If you made purchases on an Android device then you can view your purchase records from your Google Play account.

It does. There are two ways which you can recover your account. First one is the in-game recovery tool and the second one is the community support form - https://pubgmobile.live/support.
Moderators will redirect you to submit a recovery request on the community support form but you can choose whichever you want!
