What kind of ban?
so my acc got hacked before and ive submitted a ticket and than they said we locked the account because we're having trouble in finding owner ship of the acc

You need to contact support and prove ownership
If you bought the acc/ got it from a friend, you can’t get the lock removed
If you made the account, reach out to support with all the info they need
And they’ll remove it

That's for bans, devs can sometimes lift bans, but for suspensions for unusual activity your best bet is to reach out thru support itself
They have access to info devs here dont
