Emulator players are only matched with other emulator players. Match making duration depends on how many players are currently matching/playing in that specific mode, map, perspective combination and timing in your selected server, especially for emulators, if there are not enough players, your match making time will be longer than usual.
If you are unable to get into a match, please try again in a different time or consider playing the game in the mobile version instead....

All modes should be separate, since emulator has huge advantages and very high cheater risk.

That’s what I mean, play on a phone or tablet if you want to play the game or switch to PUBG since it’s free. Emulator is less and less supported and many report their accounts banned by bugs in gameloop. In my eyes it’s not worth it and never was.
i don’t have a good mobile device to PUBG
I would suggest not to play on emulator, it’s really buggy and these false bans are hard too.
