Make sure you provide all the information accurately & with your regular device on which you play the most or oftenly.
Same thing happened to me I am unable to get my I’d despite of all proof for my I’d but still restrictions on my account and o could not file the claim it’s been 25 days now and after 30 days my regular device will not remain trusted due to the reason that I could not log in to my game for 30 days sending a lot of emails to service@pubgmobile.com but all in vain automated response that try once the restrictions are lifted so sad 7 years and hell amount of money spent all is going in vain really sad
The Recovery on Account is rejected as with email says, We cant help you within the community.

Yoo how many days did it take them to email you after you submitted that appeal?
I have submitted accurate information and with the device most used in the last 1 but still rejected
