so how should I reach out to the email? any words or information I should put in the email? I did made sure to supply the most evidence I could give and it still flagged me as security risk :/

honestly I rambled a whole lot and explain my situation (I haven't logged in since 2020, but got hacked and was forced to purge my fb and google acc) in the form. I did put down something in one of the field along the lines of if they WERE to reject my application at least write me an email to extended my request and at least let me know how I could help to regain my account /shrug but I guess bluehole will be bluehole
there's solid proof of all transaction, emails used, social media proof, alibi proof, but I guess those aren't trustworthy enough 😭

I think I had google & facebook, but I could've sworn I had phone number linked too, however it returns with account not found 🤷♂️
and well, both of those linkage was hacked, and I couldn't really risk any more leaks for whomever had my email on their computer, so the only logic thing to do here is to permanently remove / deactivate my google / fb account
I currently already wrote an email to service@pubgmobile.com , in chinese as well (I think they're from china right?), so yea I wish nothing but the best result 🙂↕️
