Missing tool connection
When I look at the Tools Panel, I can see what looks like the correct tool, and it's named the same as the instances in the Outliner

Hey 🙂 My best guess is that the scatter objects are not assigned anymore, could you open the the Edit table at the row Scatter and check?
If they are still there as they should, please check the UE output log when you try and change the settings in the tool to see if any error appears🙌
I will when I’m back at the computer - in general - there are often times where objects become orphans, but I’ll try to document when and how.

Most often in general, it happens due to users deleting objects/surfaces used for Surface Scatter, just fyi👍
