Account hacked and banned - Honest request (UID: 51204985169)
Hello PUBG Mobile Support,
My account (UID: 51204985169) was hacked. The hacker changed my name to "scamerpubg".
In panic, I used a cheat tool once — not to gain advantage, but only to force the hacker out and stop them from using my account. I now understand this was wrong.
Please forgive this mistake. I’m a fair player and I only wanted to protect my account. I respectfully ask for a second chance.

Solution
Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. If your account has been permanently suspended, please submit Appeal through https://pubgmobile.live/support.
And for non-permanent suspensions, submit an account ban appeal by logging into your account and selecting File Claim.
