{solved - overseen} Workflow and external automation Tools
Hey Community,
I have detected that the internal workflow system can be triggered by the change of any object value. However, for companies and contacts, there is no ID submitted in this workflow.
If I work outside of the arm with the data, then it's best to get the ID also submitted.
I can write myself an automation every time when something is created or updated a webhook to fire an external automation. I think then the ID of the corresponding user is submitted.
Is it possible to get this value also in the workflow? Because then I'm able to address this properly. For example, if there is a change in the first name or in one of the company fields, I want to update another field in the same data set,(same company), with a value that is a combination of the object ID and a link.
