Help with scanner

Hi i would like to use bazzite with my printer. My printer is a combination of printer and scanner. Printer part just works. But scanner part needs driver (brscan4). I installed it thru rpm-ostree. After reboot. programs like skanlite and skanpage dont detect my printer/scanner. Its only detect my webcam... scanimage -L reports printer and webcam
ls /etc/udev/rules.d/ | grep -i brother reports driver is installed and working
Any ideas?

Solution

i found solution its not most elegant one but its doing its job. distrobox with fedora 41. inside i installed those scanner apps as system packuages and that packet for scanner. then i "created a shortcut" from bazzite to those apps. and its works now (skanlite at least scanpage crashes)
