Steam Game Download gets stuck

Hi, I am on MacOs 15.5 and downloaded Heroic yesterday. The first game I downloaded worked but now the second game (Stronghold Crusader Definite Edition) always gets stuck at 49%. Restarting does not work. As far as I have read this is a common issue but is there a way to fix this? Cheers
