Ban
So I thought someone cheated on my account but they said they found NO trace of anyone else cheating on my account. But I never cheated. Does that mean i got false banned?

Just to clarify what support mostly likely said is “no proof of compromise/hack”, which means no one hacked/had access to your acc other than you.
But cheats was used on your acc which means the ban sticks, if you are hwid banned, then cheats was found on your pc.

If you had cheats for other games or anything, that could also trigger it, just drop your riot id and # and a riot dev will check whenever they can.
I dont have cheats for any other games.
