Are you just going 1 month back to ask them if they refund them ? +if you played enough after cheater got ban and gained enough rr they you wont get refund this is the gap they talked about . Or you got the rr and you didn’t noitce so one of two played much and not eligible to receive rr refund or you got it and didnt notice
