Cannot define environment variable with '=' in the VALUE

I need to define an environment variable for Cyberpunk 2077 that includes an '=' character in the VALUE. However, Heroic Launcher (2.18.0) is showing me an error saying that variable NAMES can't contain a '=' character. See attached screenshot.
