like parental combination should have a greater %.. that gives 3rd option
in general we can't really calculate the %recombination unless we're provided additional info
like distance b/w the genes
i think that is the logic.. but dunno
it can't be 50%.. 50% is for mendelian crosses, with no linkage
and there's only one opt greater than that
