Browser based setting site for my DAC cant see it.
I have headphone DAC/soundcard connected on USB.
To access its settings need to do it through website.
Normally on windows, it would just immediately see the device in the list (see pic)
Do i need to enable some permissions for the browser to be able to detect and control USB devices? If so, how do I do it?

Any ideas?
is that Chrome? if you installed Chrome through Bazaar, it may be missing some permissions, I'd take a look there first
have you tried it with the devices permission in flatseal. Afterwards restart the browser
Im complitely new to linux, can u walk me through it, where i set the permission?
found something, trying
enabled every check for brave in flatseal permissions, doesnt detect it
something to imput manually maybe?
stupid idea, reset to defaults button
ye, alreadyuninstalled brave anyway

using firefox which is not compatible rly with that thing
that was already enabled
i need somehow this device be accessible via any chromium browser

maybe this works?
your screenshot says it wants to talk to a serial device

what does it do exactly?
gives permission to everything/everyone to a serial device
you'd have to do this every boot
if this even works
just a hunch
on the JDSLABS faq found this but first command already doesnt do anything

did you logout?
didnt have to, terminal already gave me msg that uucp doesnt exist, and didnt do anything
