A hacker palyed in my google account and banned my pubg account

Can you help me recover my account because ahacker had hacked my account the last hour and played pubg mobile and changed the game code so the game has banned my account so i recovered my google account but my pubg account had banned
Please if you can help i have all the evidence and i want to restore my account

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. If your account has been permanently suspended, please submit Appeal through https://pubgmobile.live/support.
And for non-permanent suspensions, submit an account ban appeal by logging into your account and selecting File Claim....

I’m not sure because the hacker of my account may be used ahack so they will check if the account used a hack and they may see it is and don’t know the story
As long as an account is found to be cheating it will be permanently banned, regardless of who was on the account at the time. It is your responsibility as the owner to ensure your account remains secure.

Krafton customer service had contacted me and they wanted my friend uid so i went to get it and when i wanted to send it i found that i cant send
