slow download speed
i have 300mbps internet connection, but the games from epic they download at a maximum speed of 10MB/s, which is about 1/4 of the speed of my internet. it doesn’t matter if i use an ethernet cable or Wi-Fi, the result is still the same. i have the latest version of Heroic Launcher and i’m using a MacBook Air M4.

try changing the number of workers while downloading

but in general heroic doesnt control your download speeds, that's mostly done by legendary

have you tried downloading things with the official epic games launcher? because the speed limit could also be happening at epic's side and not on your side
