I am writing to report that my account has been compromised. Since 2023, I began receiving emails notifying me that my account was being accessed from Turkey. However, I am located in Mexico and have never authorized any logins from another country. I attempted to change my password to prevent further unauthorized access, but unfortunately, my account was banned shortly after. I have already reached out via email, but the responses I received were automated and did not offer any real assistance. I also submitted an official appeal, which was unfortunately denied. I am simply trying to recover my account. Context: I have been a dedicated player since the game’s release, originally playing on my Redmi Note 5A alongside my friends. In 2023, I noticed suspicious activity, including login attempts from a foreign device. At the time, I did not realize the seriousness of the situation—this was my mistake. Eventually, I discovered that my account’s name, region, and flag had all been changed without my consent. I then attempted to secure my account by changing the password, only to be banned in the process. I genuinely miss playing on my original account, which holds sentimental value as it dates back to the launch of the game. I sincerely request your help in restoring it.
