SSL Certificate Generation pending for custom domain in the hosted version.

after setting up a custom domain in the CNS for the hosted version of Twenty CRM, we encounter the following issue:
"SSL Certificate Generation -> Pending"
Unfortunately, no further error message is shown, so it's difficult to determine the cause.
