I cannot access the product I purchased.

Hello, first of all, I would like to say that I do not know English yet and I am using translator. I bought 5k vp in a purchase in Valorant, it took the money from my card but did not give me the vp. How or who can I get this fixed?

did you buy it from the game? if you have purchase receipt just open a ticket
